How JC Jaw Crusher Works?
If you have bought the JC Series Jaw Crushers or you intend to buy, you should know how the Jaw Crusher works. JC Series Jaw Crusher working principle is almost the same as PE Jaw Crusher: motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when moving jaw moves. So the moving jaw moves towards the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process.
Therefore, the materials in the crushing cavity composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and side-lee board can be crushed and discharged through the discharging opening.
