Gold Ore Mining Process
In the further gold ore mining process, excavator, gold ore crusher, screening machine, grinding mill, classifier and flotation machines are necessary equipments. Usually we divide the beneficiation process into two sections, preparation work and selecting work. The preparation work includes crushing and screening. Jaw crusher is mainly used to disaggregate grains and clay while screening and bolting mill is used to screen out eligible gold ore particles. The main selecting of gold ore particles is gravity selection. On one hand, gold ore particles’ specific gravity is up to 18.0, particle size up to 2 mm. On the other hand, gravity selection is more convenient and economic.

Gold mining proccess equipments used in preparation work are as follows: Jaw crusher, Cone crusher, Ball mill, Vibrating feeder, Belt conveyor, Sand wacher machine Vibrating screen and Drum sieve while equipments used in selecting work are Screening machine, Sluice, Wash box and Vibrating feeder.
Gold Ore Beneficiation
Gold ore can be divided into two egories: one kind is lode gold ore which is loed in high mountains and come into beings by internal geologic process; the other is gravel mine which is loed by the side of rivers, lakes or coast. After original gold ore deposits are raised up and are exposed to the earth’s surface, it turns out to be rock debris and gold grains under the strength of weathering. With the external force, gold ore deposits are accumulated as gravel mine.
