Brief introduction of flotation machine

Principle of flotation machine
The mechanical agitation flotation machine: impellers are driven by the V-belt transmission, which brings centrifugal effect to form the negative pressure, under which sufficient air is inhaled to mix with the ore slurry; and while stirring the slurry to mix with the medicines, the froth is refined, ores adhered to the forth, froth floating to the surface of the slurry and then forming the mineralized froth. The flashboard is adjusted to control the liquid level, and the useful froth is scraped by the loam board.
Flotation machine characteristic features
The flotation machine is highly efficient in ore separation. The coverage of mineral resources that can be processed by it is rather broadened, and the recycling rate of the mineral resources is increased as well. It is of large and relatively steady inspiratory capacity, outstanding circularity, low power and medicine consumption; it is simply structured and easy to adjust; the equipment of the advanced control system enables it automatic control; every tank is furnished with the circuit of suction, slurry suction and flotation, so no froth pump is necessary; the horizontal deployment of components favors the variation/adjustment of the process. The flotation machine is now universally used / installed in the copper, gold and limonite ores dressing equipment, and the lead and zinc ore washing equipments.
