Screw sand washing plant brief introduction
The screw sand washer is used to wash and separate the soil and impurities mingled in the sands. Structure of screw sand washer
The Tank sand washer is mainly constituted of the tank, speed reducer, generator, central axis, helical blade and the support. The support is welded on the central axis; the helical blade is tightly pressed by bolts after installation so that the blade would not droop and deform.

Characteristics features
- After the sand washing plant is delivered, please check whether all of the components in order and in good condition. Upon confirming the machine is complete without any damage, the installation may be undertaken.
- The operators should, based on the specific situation of the site, design the fundamental drawings for the operation of the sand washer and firmly installed the sand washer on the ground of the solid concrete.
- The machine should be installed in the angle of inclination as provided by the installation drawing.
- Install the generator on the guide way, so that the tightness of the belt can be adjusted. And the belt pulley and generator belt pulley should keep parallel during the course of installation.
- After the machine is installed as per the above requirement, turn the plate for several rounds, so as to check whether situations of jamming or collision exist.
