Introduction of spiral chute
Spiral chute is our latest high-tech production basing on our mineral processing experience of years, best equipment for mineral and mining processing. Spiral chute is more suitable for processing stone materials with feed size from 0.02mm to 0.3mm, such as iron ore, titanium chromite, pyrite, zirconium stones, rutile, monazite, phosphorus mining, tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium ore mine, and other non-ferrous metal, rare metal, nonmetallic ore with different specific gravity. It has reasonable structure, simple installation, small occupation area, easy operation, stable mineral processing, clear mineral selecting, great disposal amount and high efficiency.

Spiral chute characteristics
Spiral chute is made from PVC, light, moisture-proof, antirust and anticorrosive, without noise. It adapts well to the fluctuation of feed amount, concentration, size and quality of the feed materials. Working principle of spiral chute
Erect the spiral chute, adjust its vertical line and fix it with mental frame or wood. Sand materials are sent through sand pump into the two entries on the top of the spiral chute. Add some water to adjust its concentration and then the pulp swirl down from high. In the slope of rotating pulp generates centrifugal force by inertia, which along with rotating pulp’s gravity separates the ore and sand, by the differences in their specific gravity, size and shape. We get concentrate with a pipe connection after concentrate flows into concentrate bucket. Tailings flow into its bucket, then into the tailings pond through a pipe, and finally are drained away through sand pump, which makes the ending of the whole mineral processing.
